Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Feb 01, 2010 10:53 pm Hi We are building a house and planning on painting it ourselves, we have done it before without any problems and do the usual sealer, then two coats of semi gloss paint. I saw an advertisment for Dulux once and think it is a great idea but it only comes in low sheen. I am also a bit sceptical about how good the coverage of the paint is. Does anyone have any experience using this paint? If so what do you think of it? Are you happy with the end product? Re: Dulux Once paint 3Feb 09, 2010 8:55 pm i had one of the dulux colour consultants suggest not to use Once. But they didn't say why. i can only assume they had my best interests in mind. Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14060 Hi Alex, Thanks for the reply again. I had a chat with the builder, he said he will use primer, then hydrotec which comes with colour and sealer as well.
