Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Jul 03, 2009 9:15 pm Hi all, We are building a Neo-Georgian home and are getting stuck on colour choices of our formal rooms. Please help! As you can see from the picture we have bulk-head ceilings, classic cornices and tall skirtings and wide architraves. Our floors are Sydney Bluegum timber. We definitely want to stick with neutral colours. The colour choices we have come up with are: Walls: Hogs Bristle 1/2 strength Bulkheads & Ceiling: Fair Bianca full strength Skirtings & Architraves: Fair Bianca 1/2 strength in semi-gloss Questions we have are; 1. Should we make bulkheads the same colour as the ceilings? 2. What do people think about darker cornices to match the walls? 3. Should we highlight the entry archways? 4. Any other colour suggestions? Look forward to people's ideas Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Colour schemes for a classic Neo-Georgian? 2Jul 08, 2009 7:22 pm Mr Ed…..can you post me a photo of the front of your house please?
