Help!
We are having heaps of trouble deciding on our bricks and roof.
We thought we had settled on the following:
Roof/Garage/Gutters/Downpipes - Colorbond Bushland
Fascia - Colorbond Classic Cream
Bricks - Boral Tanami
Windows - EcoClassic Pale Cream - very similar to Dowell White Birch

However we have two issues with this...
1) Pics I have found on here seem to show the bricks looking too orange for my liking. I was hoping more for a warm sandstone tone. My wife on the other hand likes it even more with the the orange tint.
2) It might be a bit bland, not enough contrast if the light is playing on the roof in a way to make it lighter. The front of our house is quite plain, no portico etc just a recessed entrance, timber door, double window and two-car garage door. And eaves. We are wondering whether we need something of a darker or different colour to accent it.
To illustrate these, check out this mashup of shamelessly borrowed pics of tanami bricks and Bushland roof. I quite like it looking at the samples but really don't like what I see below.

Edit to add, here is another version from a pic with brighter light on the bricks

Looking forward to any suggestions people have, tweaks we could make to get this scheme to gel!
