Reason I dont want to go straight white is that thats what the previous 'renovators' (I prefer 'house wreckers') did and it looks really poo. Just a funny looking white....no.....style/niceness/colour? No Im not looking at Antique.......insides very nice, but outside would be toooo creamy. BLACK! I want to sell the joint! What do you mean by pink? Ive no idea.....I feel like Im missing something...... Re: Ideas On a Nice Exterior White Colour? 4May 17, 2009 7:28 am Antique white with its tints and shades added to make the colour, throws pink. Obviously red in the mix. I haven’t seen that, so I must be missing something! Maybe you might like to try my Dulux Winnow, that I have used in my home. It’s a warm off white, and put externally would be bright enough, without the stark white. I have a lot of red in the main bedroom and there is no pink reflected or thrown... and my twins have a candy pink feature wall in their room with the remaining walls painted AW-USA plus pink doona covers and there is still no pink tinge to AW-USA at all. I completely understand the tint contains red -- however, that does not mean you necessarily end up with a pink tone. I just don't get it *shrug* Maybe we're all just seeing it differently cos if you look for pink you see it and like me, if you don't look for it..you don't see it Pix Built a (highly) modified Allcastle Maxworth 38.7 in Sydney.
