Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Nov 27, 2008 2:23 pm Am trying to finalise all the colour selections as our plans have been approved by Council this week.
We are having a black (Sambucca) roof tile and our bricks are a beigey-gray look. So my question is this - what do we colour match the gutter / barge / facia board with? Do we colour match it to the roof (Nightsky) or as close as possible to the bricks (which would be Dune)? Oh it was so much easier last time with a project builder - yep we will have exactly the same as the display home please!! Re: What do you match your barge to? 4Nov 27, 2008 9:51 pm I’m on the understanding that Night Sky should still be around for a few more years!
Anyway, there’s 2 ways to go here kyton, one is to match the gutter / barge / facia board with the roof, this will bring the roof line down. The other way is to do the contrast in Dune, which makes the roof line recede. I always do the first. So I don't think it will be around for a few years.... I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
