Browse Forums Finishing Touch 1 Oct 24, 2008 10:54 am Found a company doing custom made blinds and curtains on eBay. Looks like they have an actual business in Vic plus sell online. Prices don't seem to be that unreasonable for blinds.
http://stores.ebay.com.au/Crosby-Online http://www.crosbyfurnishings.com.au/ - is their business website. Feedback is excellent too........ Re: Curtains and Blinds on Ebay 3Oct 26, 2008 11:19 am if you look a few threads down you'll see I posted about these guys https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=10441
I had them come out to measure and quote for our current house just over a week ago which we are renting. Our landlords have moved to Singapore for a few years and asked me to organise new blinds etc. I have ordered eleven Roman blinds and one Holland blind for this house - 3x lounge, 2x family/meals, 2 x playroom, 4 x bedrooms and Holland for the kitchen. Quote was $4,500 which includes installation. Fabric is nice and is total blockout. I had been to a number of other places and Crosby came in the cheapest and the fabric I chose was also quoted for from another company at $1k more. I also had them quote for my new house and found it to be very reasonable. Their showroom at Narre Warren has soooooo many different fabrics there. I think they are worth a look. Our new ones should be arriving in about four weeks so I'll post some pics and let you all know how they are. Have to say they look great, fabric is great. Installer did a perfect job and on the whole I am extremely happy.
I'd recommend them Happy at Home Re: Curtains and Blinds on Ebay 5Nov 20, 2008 3:21 pm Hi, just wanted to let you know that Crosby Furnishings & Crosby Online (ebay store) also have a online ordering website www.blindsonline.com.au
