We are repainting the outside of our house more "fashionable" colours. It has been repainted in the past five years and the regular paint is sound. The problem is the gutters. HOW do we paint gutters? Is it an easy job? Do you paint the whole gutter inside and out or just the bits you can see from the street etc?
