Browse Forums Ideas Box 1 Nov 26, 2009 1:45 pm Thankyou to everybody who contibutes to this site. Just one small thing I see happening at times. People ask for advice, ignoring the fact that different legislation impacts on different states/locations. Even the same builder who builds in two different states can be operating under different laws. Too often somebody will ask for advice and the importance of their geographical location is overlooked I see people linking others to guidelines/legislation that for instance is applicable in an other state. Just because something may be law in Victoria it does not mean that the same applies in NSW, for example. Can I suggest that when posting people consider the above To help may I suggest everybody includes their location (even a state will do) in their profile. To do this simply 1. Go to your profile ---> ucp.php?i=profile&mode=profile_info 2. Fill in the location 3. Hit save Hi All, see above image. The required setback from the rear boundary in my case is 5m, as you can see the shape of the site and location of the boundary is slightly… 0 8451 yep you need a joint, foam is easiest, will look fine once rendered with a joint. 2 5233 Hi, have purchased a house with 2 single garage doors.
