Over the past month or so when I visit the site, their seems to be a number of inappropriate postings, which I honestly think takes to long to to removed. An idea is for a new senior posters that are respected around these forums to become moderators, so they can have the power to remove these posts.

We are open to this suggestion, and our selection of moderators will not solely rely on the volume of posts, but also the quality of postings.
For those that are interested please express your interest here, or please PM me.
By early next week we hope to have moderators at bay.
