Hi,

I would like to enquire if this suburb is a good suburb to live in. I am getting a house under 550K for 392 spm house 24 sq built.

Can you give me pros and cons of this suburb?

If not can you suggest a good suburb in the north which fits the budget

Close to train station.
Easy access, just off the Hume.
Small lots, easier garden to look after.

No services/schools/businesses close by.
Have to travel using car.
No entertainment, have to travel to bars/pubs/clubs/movies/mini golf/etc.
