Viewing a house is always an exciting time – you’re looking at the place that could be your future home, after all.
Is there anything that you would want to know about the house if you were buying?
WHY IS THE SELLER MOVING?
WHAT ARE THE NEIGHBOURS LIKE?
WHAT’S THE AREA LIKE?
IS THE BUILDING SOUND?
IS THE PLUMBING IN GOOD SHAPE? Buying guides
WHAT’S THE PARKING SITUATION?
WHAT ABOUT OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA?
HOW MUCH WILL YOUR BILLS BE?
HOW GOOD ARE YOUR CONNECTIONS?

Has that property been sold multiple times in recent years? - This could indicate a problem...
Has that property been up for sale since a long time but not got any buyers and why? - This could indicate a problem...
Crime Rate in the hood?
Personal safety while moving at late hours?
Any council restrictions on further development of the property?
Any rezoning proposals under consideration that could adversely affect the area?
You need to obtain a property condition report from an expert once you get somewhat serious about the property.
