Kellyville Ridge
Pros:
1.very good area and locality.
2. Potential increase in price when new train service will be functional.

Cons:
1. Far and long travel time.
2.Expensive

Glendwood
Pros:
1.Beautiful Suburb with beautiful and spacious house.
2.Cheaper houses.
3.Bus service take 40 mins to city

Cons:
1. No train service
I am not sure of how schools are in glenwood
Frome someone leaving in Glenwood Caddies Creek is a good primary school , it also has Catholic primary school and a High school. Depending on which part of Glenwood you are looking at it will be very close to the new train station
