I have had my house on the market with agent A, then after their exclusivity period ended, I gave it to another agent, B.
Agent B's exclusivity period is about to end.
Is there any issue with making it non-exclusive and allowing both of the agents to bring potential buyers through? It would mean pulling down the advertising board too.
