Caroline Springs vs Truganina vs Point Cook

Hi All, we are looking to buy a 4BR home in western suburbs of Melbourne. We have a budget of around $700k. Currently we are considering Truganina, Tarneit, Williams Landing, Point Cook, and Caroline Springs. However, we want to set a priority for each of these suburbs. I would really appreciate if you could suggest which suburbs should be preferred ones for future growth, value for money, and quality of life perspective. Thanks in advance
