I have learned to get the best out of your investment is location first
I have learned also that since June/July 2017 you can only claim fixtures and fittings on newly built properties
Now I am looking at building. Now what to decid on what design to get to get the best out of the investment
For example 4 bedroom yeilds more rent so thats one ( well from my personal research and feedback from others anyway)
How about bigger kitchen vs smaller kitchen and outdoor entertainment ( alfresco) vs none but cheaper price tag?
Separate living space?
Are those things worth spending a bit extra vs saving a bit of money and not look for those things
