Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Mar 20, 2018 10:48 am Looking for some advise from existing homeowners & experts. I am in the market for buying a lot in Northwest Sydney around 350 sqm. This will be my first property purchase so I have a very little idea on what exactly to look for. So far reading on forums, talking to friends I have gathered that North facing land is good, look for frontage of at least 12 meters, should not be too slopey. Not sure if corner lot is better or cul-de-saq, if zero easement ones are good deals. But this is such a big decision & I am not really familiar with terminology used in land purchase as well. Any advise will be appreciated. TIA Edit: added bits aboyt cul-de-sac, corner lots Re: How to chose a lot? 2Mar 20, 2018 6:12 pm The Harder You Try - the Luckier You Get !
