I am going to purchase a property in Mackenzie suburb. I notice the Rochedale dumpling ground just opposites the suburb.
Does any impact you can feel in that area? I also heard the dumping ground may be close and redeveloped in 3 years later, is it true?
Appreciate your attention and answers.

Hi, I live in Rochedale at the moment (probably the same distance as you to the dumping ground but on the opposite end) and couldnt smell anything at all.
The only time I can smell it is when I drive past it - like right in front of the dumping ground entrance.
I think you are safe if you dont mind being close the it. Other than that, I dont see any impact to your everyday life.
I have also heard that the useful life for the dumping ground is coming to an end however nothing official.
