Yeah same here - we too are in a limbo over the potential registration date. We were initially told June end and now it's been July. Still waiting...... Yeah, I finalised my builder and loan thinking that lot will get registered in June. But looks like it will not be before August. They have still not given the final dates. Re: Anyone building in 26-34 Schofields Farm Road? Or nearby 7Jul 03, 2018 2:53 pm Same here, mate! We too finalised all only to know that it wont be soon. Now I have to handle the builder's price rise expectation as well if it is not before August. Do you know if these DP's have been submitted to the council at least for getting registered? I am not able to get any information back from my solicitor on them. And it seems developer's solicitors don't reply at all. Re: Anyone building in 26-34 Schofields Farm Road? I got this reply from developers solicitor in 3rd week of June, "The developer is waiting for one document from council and we should be able to register the land in couple of weeks." But My solicitor informed me that i might be in mid august. I have tried calling council but they can't see any information into their systems, until the land is registered. Oh any reply is good brother. Glad that you have some sort of communication getting along from them. Did you get this info via your Solicitor? or did you contact the Developer's solicitor yourself? Yeah even I believe it wouldn't be until August for sure. Wonder why this developer is delaying things when it should have been finished a year earlier. Finger's crossed -- hoping to hear soon from them anyway as it has been a long long wait. And yes Council will not entertain us if it's not in the system.
