Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 6Oct 26, 2016 12:06 pm Yes, Newport 275+, my conveyancer has been tapping my shoulder to make sure the loan is ready to go, so I anticipate it will be very soon. I still haven't decided which builder to go with. Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 7Oct 26, 2016 12:11 pm Same as mine, it's way too earlier than I expected & I have to rush few things up to get my loan done. What lot number r u HoMan? Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 9Oct 26, 2016 3:25 pm They just called me as well. You better figure out a house design & builder soon HoMan, it's coming way too fast, hehe... Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 11Nov 13, 2016 5:48 pm wow!! How much sooner were your titles??? We are in stage 19 and it is due to title june 2017 however they have already started it, so I have a feeling that it will be sooner than that! Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 12Dec 17, 2016 7:50 am Hi everyone, I couldn't do my settlement on 2nd December because I had my wedding on 1st December and went back home and have rearranged it to 20th. So, how did you all go with your settlements? I have a confusion about the bushfire zone requirement. I'm building with Metricon and the bigining they said the bushfire requirement $4700 will remove once land title get settled but it is still showing on my quotation. Anyone know about this? Wether this has been removed? Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 13Dec 17, 2016 9:18 am Hi Nadi, congrats on your wedding. Stage 17 has been cleared from bushfire range about 4 - 5 weeks ago. Have you signed your building contract? Usually if it's not in bushfire zone, they'll take it off when signing the final tender contract. Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 15Jan 07, 2017 5:39 pm Went up the other day and they seem to be really smashing out the new stages!! Stage 19 is on track for June titles but that still seems a bit too quick Re: Highgrove estate (Clyde north, stage 17) 16Jan 13, 2017 3:43 pm Hi neighbours, happy new year! Just wanted to check if any of you have started getting quotes for fencing and driveway yet? If yes, do you have a rough fig? I was told by the sales agent that once the land settles they will organise an event at the estate to give us an opportunity to meet our neighbours, but haven't heard anything so far.
