Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Feb 23, 2015 3:32 pm Hi Guys, I have came through many land option in riverstone area of Sydney for land to be develop for residential purpose. when I spoke with agent he told me u need to develop everything like road / electricity / water. Does anyone has any idea how it's going to be possible ? if anyone share their experience would be great. Thanks. Re: Land to be develop for residential purpose 2Feb 24, 2015 9:42 am I wouldn't think someone without development experience would start with such a big development. Do you know how to do a feasibility assessment? And that's just to see how much it's worth. Most people start with a spitter block. ie a large block that can be divided into 2 or 3 blocks and progress from there.
