Browse Forums Real Estate 1 May 30, 2008 12:02 am Hmmm interesting, i've just noticed that the newly built, Clendonvale Display homes in Keysborough, Victoria are already up for sale!!!
They range from: $850,000 for "The Talise" which is $618,000 to build and is 326.5 m2 - 35.14 squares $920,000 for "The Lennox" which is $682,270 to build and is 373.9 m2 - 40.24 squares and $1,135,000 for "The Legra" which is $889,100 to build and is 470.9 m2 - 50.68 squares (I wish!!!) The decor and fixtures (especially the light fixtures) are just gorgeous in all three displays. When you think that land in Keysborough is in the vicinity of the high $200's to $300's, i suppose you can make your own mind up whether they are worth it or not??? I personally love "The Legra", but i know what i'd have to sell (many times over) to get that!!!! Heres the link for anyone interested.... http://www.henleyatthekeys.com.au/ LOL, just thought i'd share..... Re: Henley Sells off it's Clendonvale displays 3May 30, 2008 6:34 pm Aaaaaaaaaaggghhh....*sigh*, when i walked into that WIR (when we checked that display home out), i lay on that ottoman for at least 5 minutes. I swear, if we win lotto i think i'd buy that house....just for the WIR, oh and the $3200 light fitting in the lounge....and maybe some other small features too i suppose..... The Legra does look nice Phoenix, I can't recall if I've been through those displays. I might have to take a look before they're sold.
