My partner and I have found a property there which we like the look of and are very interested in it, and considering a purchase. Not having much experience on the west, we wished to ask for other, smarter people, to comment. Also a small thing, but outside the property is a bus-stop. Bay side of Williamstown road will always do better, but of course is more expensive. We started our house hunt in Williamstown 15 years ago, rising prices pushed us back into Newport and we almost ended up there. Eventually we settled in Yarraville and have never looked back, both as an investment and quality of life.
