Browse Forums Real Estate 1 May 13, 2013 6:43 pm Hi Guys, Looking to potentially sell my house at auction, hasnt been much movement so far so would be good to see what the market things its worth on the day. Anyway, i assume i would need to pay for searches up front, apart from this and auctioneer fee (which i heard was around 4-600?) is there any other costs involved in selling at auction over selling normally?
