Browse Forums Real Estate 1 May 07, 2013 2:01 pm Hi there, I am building two units currently under Construction Management Contract and intend to sell one after the buildings complete. This morning, one of my friends told me that I better check with the regulations as if the houses are built under Contruction Management Contract, they might be considered as Owner Builder houses, therefore I can't sell them until 6 years after. Anyone got idea? I am in WA by the way. Re: Selling house built under Construction Management Contra 2May 13, 2013 8:45 pm You need proper and official on't make mistakes with this sort of thing. I think your friend might have a point. You are an owner builder, are you not? good luck Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 18218 You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 16672 Yeah my reasoning is just that those house posts are designed for vertical load not lateral. I just didnt want to risk interfering with the existing house… 4 11568 |
