Is tha add well worded? Enough detail? are there enough photos? are they good quality? Is there a floorplan? I love floorplans and site plans so you can see the size of the yard. Other questions. Do they have open homes? how many staff will be there? Ask them what are the positives about your house that they will tell purchases. What are the negatives that you could maybe fix? How are houses selling in the area? Why should I choose you? How does the agency work out commissions? eg if another team member has a purchaser? Some only give others a small % so not much insentive for others in the office to market your property. Others go halves so you have the whole office trying o sell your house.
