Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Jul 07, 2012 4:17 pm Hi everyone, I am looking to move from Sydney to the Central Coast. Specifically I have been looking around North Avoca/Avoca. I have looked at a few properties on Lake Shore Drive, Nth Avoca, but are a bit worried about mozzies in summer in areas backing onto the lake. Some info I have been given says that they are "bad" but not sure whether to believe this. If there is anyone out there who lives or has lived around here please offer up your experiences. At the height of summer after all the rains there were mozzies early in the morning and around sunset - but a bit of aerogard held them off. I was surprised at how few there were and wondered if the local council does a massive spray or something. Haven't found out yet.
