Hi... well we are happy we have buyer on our home. Contracts were signed today and we enter a 10 day cooling off period tomorrow.
Obviously they will be getting a building and pest report done and they are also getting a valuation from the bank.
What do the building inspectors look at and also the pest people what do they do...
And the valuer what do you think they would do?
What do I need to do when they are at my home?
