Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Mar 14, 2011 9:26 am Hi guys, I am posting this on behalf of my mum who has recently put her home on the market. it's a lovely home, in a very well held area of north canberra. We aren't seeing a huge amount of interest in the property as of yet, and was wondering if there might be something that could be changed on the listing. http://www.allhomes.com.au/ah/act/sale- ... 6784538511 let me know any positive or negative feedback that you might have. Thanks Rob Re: critique my home's online listing (north canberra) 2Mar 14, 2011 5:15 pm Hi, rob_phill. I think it's a lovely home, very homey - I like the privacy of the entertaining area and a beautiful bathroom(from what I can see). That picture makes it look like the surrounding houses are extremely close and that there isn't much space. Maybe get another one from a different angle. If people are just looking at the main picture that could cause them to skip over the add, instead of drawing them in to see what the rest of the house looks like. That's just my opinion, hope it helps!
