We have our house under contract and it goes unconditional this friday and settlement is on the 10th December. There are new QLD pool laws coming in on the 1st December. If you sell a house after that date, you need a pool safety certificate. I was wondering if we have to get this certificate. Can anyone help?

hi we just have sold our house and settle on the same date we have been told we need to get an inspection done because of the settlement date but they cant do inspections till after the 1st of december so its going to be a busy week i think
