Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Aug 26, 2010 10:47 pm Hi, could you guys please give me some advice about how the suburb is? we r looking for existing properties in this suburb but dont have any friends who can give us feedback about this suburb. Our budget is $350k, looking for a 3 bedroom house..land size around 420sqm. i saw one shopping center in hoppers crossing. is there any market for truganina? wht would be the near by station in the near future? how is the traffic during peak hours? (i am sure it would be bad!!!) i work in the city and my wife works in the city + northern suburbs (sometimes). this is my first property and hence i am so confused about buying one! any advice from you guys are appreciated. cheers... yash Re: Need advice about Truganina, really! Helppp! 2Aug 26, 2010 11:07 pm Hi Yashduggal, I live in Tarneit which is close to Truganina- so I know the general area. There has been ALOT of residential growth in this area...but unfortunatly we are still waiting for infrustructure to catch up (like more shopping centres and train stations) Two new train stations are proposed for nearby Williams Landing and Tarneit (not too sure when they will be built though- But hubby and I don't mind because we both drive and don't really rely on public transport). Shops are the same. There are shopping centres in Tarneit and Point Cook. The werribee plaza is not too far away either (that's where I go most of the time). Hubby works in the city and drives daily through peak hour- it takes him about an hour in peak hour (but only about 1/2 hour any other time). Truganina is a little bit closer to the city than Tarneit too. We are building our new house in Tarneit and we are happy living here. (our old house was in Tarneit too). Hope this helps Re: Need advice about Truganina, really! Helppp! 3Aug 26, 2010 11:47 pm Donski Hi Yashduggal, I live in Tarneit which is close to Truganina- so I know the general area.
