I am selling my home (my new home is well under construction) and if I had taken my own advice I should have sold first, before building. I didn't and am now selling my own home, without an agent.
I had it sold July 4th on the second weekend of inspections . Sale fell over due to finance - which wasted 2 weeks + of my time . I have just reopened again and the number of buyers coming through has dropped off dramatically.
Just curious to know if anybody else has noticed that the enquiry rate has died since the election announcement?
An election won't make any difference but everytime there is one it seems people put off buying property, cars and other big ticket items until the Government has been elected....
