Can someone help me understand this?
Partner and I looking to purchase a block of land (5 acres).
Does a Real Estate agent give out a section 32 (or equiv) for a piece of land?
This RE agent said they weren't giving them out and if I wanted to know anything to ask him.
He said that I could put a verbal contract in place if I wanted to make an offer - and then I could see the section 32.
This sounds really strange to me - but maybe this is how selling land is done.
Can someone tell me if this is usual?
