I have been trying to sell our house, in the sleepy Noosa hinterland area of Cooroibah, without success. The "property spike" has not reached us yet, we must be the only area in Aus!....I now plan to rent it out and move on.
My question is - how are capitol gains calculated when i eventually sell it?
I plan to re-market it when the market starts movin and i can acheive the price i want.
