Was was fairly interested in house from the fact that I thought it was being undersold. The owners did say that it only costed them $250K to build and larnd was only 300K five years ago. So i was curious to see that if they bought the land at current market value and built the house for 300K (with doing lots of work them selves) would they really be making money. I am pretty sure if they included the labour they probably wouldnt be making much money.
