Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Dec 04, 2009 9:39 am Hi, I have been following up on the postings regarding real estate agents & the grievances in that regard. I too have a titled block for sale in the Williams Landing estate & I suppose have not had the opportunity to sign on the best agent to sell this. I have posted an ad on Gumtree, trading post & several other sites. My contract with the estate agent has recently ended & before I can enter into another contract, I would like to know if there is something else I can do to expedite the process. I can't seem to find anything wrong with the ad itself & we are really in a rush to complete this sale. The gumtree ad listing reads like this - http://melbourne.gumtree.com.au/c-ViewAd?AdId=152629533&MessageId=MSG.VIEW_AD.EDIT_AD_SUCCESSFULMXAdIdMZ152629533MXGuidMZ12373ece-3ec0-a20b-26d2-6f02ffffd6e7 Looking forward to your suggestions! Best regards, asker Re: How else can I sell my land in Willams Landing, Victoria? 2Dec 08, 2009 9:33 pm Hi Asker, I read the advertisement for your block of land this evening. I think the main problem is that the ad is too wordy, and the vital information is lost and not doing its job of attracting people. The price seems about right for that size block, so I'm not sure if that's the reason. I'm not sure why else it wouldn't be getting any interest. How are the other Wyndham Waters blocks of a similar size & price doing? Re: How else can I sell my land in Willams Landing, Victoria? 3Dec 09, 2009 8:28 am Hi Aspiecat, Thank you for your response & I really appreciate you taking time out to read my ad. The other blocks in the estate are similarly priced & I don't think that is the problem either. Thanks for the feedback on the ad being too wordy, I suppose you are right in saying that. I will try to reword it ASAP. 2 2935 I am looking to design an entry door to a lower ground basement that has 2200mm between the external entry height to FFL of the ground floor.
