Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Oct 27, 2009 2:12 pm As I was browsing through one of my favourite blogs, the fail blog, I stumbled across this beauty. The picutre is from a property selling in Sydney listed on realestate.com.au. Let this be a lesson to anyone posting photos for their properties. Make sure you check then double check the photos before submitting. Otherwise you will end up with a big fail!!! For example, if a person listed three previous addresses with one Real Estate Agency, and the Real Estate Agency calls the previous listed Real Estate Agencies, (to check if they were a good tenant etc) can they also cross reference the listed addresses on the application? Is there like a national database or something where Real Estate Agents can see your rental living history? (Sorry if this question doesn't make much sense). I'm not sure of the answer to your question foomala, however you've posted it on the end of a very old thread on a not very related topic... I would reckon you might get more views and answers if you started up a new one. There is a website most property managers can access that shows your previous applications , the date and address. Generally these do not include private rentals as the owners dont have access to this website. The road to success is always under construction House completed April 2011 - slowly making it a home... Re: When Real Estate photos get to personal – Fail!!! 18Mar 15, 2011 12:24 pm Thats a pity. The incorrect post location bought this back up abut the pictures gone now! Can guess what the dog had found though Depends how much direct sun it gets. Is there any shading (eaves or trees)? If the sun hits a window directly it doesn't matter too much if it's double or single… 1 12671 9 24816 Congratulations! Nice to put that to bed before christmas, now you can relax 3 7186 |
