Hi Guys,

Does anyone have any idea how to get reliable data about growth in property market in Melbourne?

I am interested to know how much was a land price increase in specific suburb since last year and last 5 years and last decade?

Does any one have any idea about a reliable agency forecasting about Melbourne property market?

Any free source of information any one has worked our so far?

Which real estate magazine is good to get touch with Melbourne Property Market i.e. New or Forthcoming Land Estates, New Land Release or Trend in property market?

You talking about website or any magazine belongs to RPData.

I know and checked a website of RPData. But dont know much about any magazine they are publishing.

I was talking about the website. they have good data for Melbourne but you need to pay for it. Its not very expensive
