If its possible to afford the repayments whether the investment is rented or not. Is it a good idea to invest now in a rental property while prices can be negotiated more?. The other thought is, if its only $200 extra a week more than our rent, should we try and live in it while building and reassess at the end of the build?or should we keep renting and rent the investment property out. Just playing around with some ideas.
