Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Nov 18, 2008 3:17 pm Hi all,
I remember I found a website a while back which listed the prices land in certain areas had sold for (in specific, i remember seeing a report with prices that lots in the ponds had sold for). Any ideas what website this was? I remember it was a free website which only listed about 10-15 properties in total. Any help woudl be appreciated (i'm trying to challenge the valuation my credit union gave me on my land with evidence on prices of other land in the area as they compared totally rediculous areas - areas over 30 minutes further away form Sydney). The credit union said if i could provide them evidence to challenge theirs, they would put it forward to the valuer. Just figured i'd give it a shot.
