The developer has a clause that if we put the block on the market and decide to sell it they can look at the contract and if they want to decide to buy the block back leaving us with their costs our costs and the selling fees. This taken into account it would probably be a better idea to walk away and lose the deposit. The conveyancer did point out we can sell our land to an interested party by adding the words "and/or nominee" after our name. Has anyone done this or know anything about it???
