Browse Forums Real Estate 1 Jul 11, 2018 4:21 pm Hi All, we are looking to buy a 4BR home in western suburbs of Melbourne. We have a budget of around $700k. Currently we are considering Truganina, Tarneit, Williams Landing, Point Cook, and Caroline Springs. However, we want to set a priority for each of these suburbs. I would really appreciate if you could suggest which suburbs should be preferred ones for future growth, value for money, and quality of life perspective. Thanks in advance Re: Caroline Springs vs Truganina vs Point Cook 2Apr 28, 2024 2:06 pm its kinda all the same.. point cook --- over populated, long drive to train station + buses to station are pretty crowded at peak hours. great community and good shopping. metro trains, so you have more trains coming through and more established schools wl - closer to the station but very expensive tarniet - don' go to the newer estates in the west, very far from vline station, lotsa shopping strips and a blood bath at tarneit station as people from tarinet and trug share the same station trug, -- north and east of tarneit, closer to tarneit station.. but pretty same at tarneit, different suburb but same vive caroline springs --- all the above, depending on the estate you will have trouble getting to the station, one good shopping spot, lotsa gang violence in CS and surrounds, mainly gangs for african and islander kids. Vline - sux caroline spring - north most -- long drive to free way trug --dohertys road/leakes road to freeway tarneit -- dohertys road/leakes road to freeway williams landing -- easy access to free way pc -- south most -- easy access to free way CS and PC are the far ends and trug, tarneit and wL is kinda in the same zone.. if you want cheaper go to ML or Wyndham Vale.. cheaper is Hoppers crossing and werribee.. good luck 0 298 |
