Ive just noticed some minor defects in our build finished in 2018.
Ive noticed alot of hairline cracks in the brick mortar around the house and some very minor stair step cracking as seen in photos, they are not defined to one area which makes me think it may just be from thermal changes.
Also found some very fine hairline cracks inside, some at cornices and wall corner joins and one at the corner of an opening, which I know could indicate a structural problem but hasn't changed in 12 months.
I just worry if this could be the start of a bigger problem or just minor settlement.
Also note most cracks around brickwork were noticed 7-8 months ago and I have been monitoring, no noticeable change has been noticed thus far.
Just want some advice on what may cause this and if I should get a proffesional in or just monitor for now, any help would be appreciated.
