Plan feedback please

Hi everyone, we have an awkward shape lot so we had to adjust our plans to fit. In slightly concerned about our house facing west but there’s not much we can do about that now. Are are thinking double glazed glass. Any feedback would be great.

Most of it looks good. Only thing I don't like is the garage entry door swinging open into the space of the stairway entrance.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I’m not too keen on that either. There seems like there too many doors between the Laundry door the stair storage door and garage door. I wonder if I can swing it the other way?

The garage floor will most likely be a lower level than the rest of the house. The other option is maybe a sliding door?

Not a bad layout but your draftie needs to go back to school. God those leader lines.

1500wide entry hall is a massive waste in my opinion. Give more to the guest room areas.
(My niece did the same thing and her bedrooms suffered. Tiny 3m beds, now she tells me I should of listened to you)

Your panel lift garage door is clashing with the storage area to the left. This may be an issue as the garage door, (when retracted) is lower than the ceiling. If you have storage shelves to the left you wont be able to put much on the top shelf, adjacent to the garage door.

Most of your window and sliding door openings are not centered. (living room for example)

Get rid of the winders on your stairs, you have plenty of room on level 2 for a proper stair with a mid landing. Winders won't be a good idea when you're old or have any elderly come over.
