If you are building with a larger builder and they are getting Council approvals and Building Surveyor. Who does arranges the Asset Protection with the local council? I called my CSC when I got this from the council. She told me to send it in to her as PD pay for this. In our case the builder had taken care of this however when I spoke to the Contract Admin, his first comments indicated I should have taken care of it. So I think even within Builders there is a little ambiguity. It may have been because I had a new preCon Admin or that they took responsibility for the Demolish.
