Rathdowne Wollert

Hi All,

I am looking to ugrade to bigger house and thinking to buying in Rathdowne Wollert. Currently, I live in Aurora Estate but can't afford to buy in this estate as prices have quite a lot now. I have compare Amber, Aaramont an AV jennings but so far Rathdowne is catching my attention.

I am currently looking blocks at Lakoya Avenue in Rathdowne. Hoping this is far far away from Power lines. Would anyone please share your experience living at Rathdowne. is there any issues with land valuations or anything in particular I should be alarmed of ?
