Unless you have a bath aswell in which case roughly 300mm above the bath needs to be waterproofed also. Yeah that’s what I was worried about. If you look at the pic above, they recommend the entire wall of the cavity slider to be water proofed as well. Re: Water Proofing for Floor to Ceiling Tiling? 4Jun 20, 2020 3:28 pm I got entire room water proofed and can't remember pricing,but it wasn't a huge amount more ,got quoted 750 dollars to seal a small amount of sandstone, ended up purchasing product myself for 200dollars and used about 1/4 of product,so 50 dollars worth, Tiler said who done sealing as it's a fantastic job,so margins can be huge.
