What would you choose? 1- 31 course Living and dining. 28 course bedrooms/bathrooms/laundry. 28 course alfresco and garage. (Have 25 course windows) 2- 30 course throughout. 27 course alfresco and garage. (Have 27 course windows ) Any advantages or disadvantages? However there is usually a T bar lintel across your garage so you will lose 3 courses. The opening height will be at around 25 course (2150) Most vehicles will fit in that (typical car park is 2100) but some large four wheel drives won't.
