Our construction started in August this year and has been very smooth since then, the Site manager is amazing and he calls us every week to give updates on the build and so far i haven't seen any delays. We started on 1st of August and they are doing wet area tiling now and the only items remaining after that would be: - Paint - Appliances - Flooring If it weren't for Christmas break, ours would have been complete by December.
