Tick Homes House & Land Package

Hi all,

Has anyone bought / looked at buying a House & Land package from Resimax Group / Tick Homes before?

Interested in hearing other people’s experience, as I haven’t seen much online!

Also interested to see if anyone had difficulty with finance, as it looks like it is done in the style of a split loan.

Hey! We have settled on the land (Mernda Rise Stage 1) and have signed the building contract. So far so good, and no issues encountered as of yet! 😄

Hi Neighbour! We just signed our land contract for Mernda Rise stage 2. It's expected to settle late 2021.

Our conveyancer mentioned that the contract is for land only and there is nothing in the land contract that says we must build with Tick. So it is a split loan situation. To be honest we are not 100% sold on the house design they want to put on our block so maybe there is some leverage there to ask them to consider other designs instead of the one they put together and priced as a package.
