Ask supervisor how they will rectify, or have a look at your drawings and see if it was detailed. Re: Staircase finish 4Jun 05, 2020 10:02 am It doesn’t necessarily need to be flush, but it shouldnt look like that. Re: Staircase finish 5Jun 11, 2020 9:09 am Wrong! The stringer for the staircase would be 30-40mm in thickness for strength whereas the skirting is only 18mm. Nothing they can do about it although the installer could have run the stringer through higher and made it look like the skirting runs into it. On mine the staircase runs higher than the skirting, which is even on both sides, whereas on yours the skirting is higher which IMO does not look as good Staircases and sausages. Should thou wish to keep thy palate sweet for sausages, avert thine eyes from their crafting. 14 3236 Not sure if that works? I was told the issue is the headspace clearance requirement on step 4. My builder is proposing shifting the beam 310mm towards the kitchen...I'm… 2 1331 Hi, did you get any money from insurance? if you did, does it match what you've already paid the builders? 3 5012 |
